There are few pleasures we enjoy more than gathering together a group of friends and heading off to the Four Seasons Resort for a sumptuous Sunday Brunch. The resort has recently updated and shaken up their brunch and it is better than ever.
Be serenaded by lovely singers as you mix your own poison at the bloody Mary station before heading into gorge yourself with the food. Whether it is the cheese and coldcuts section, the generous cold seafood options which includes fresh oysters, Alaskan king crabs, salmon, mussels and cockles, the meat station where your chosen meat is grilled on demand, or you can simply order slices of lamb or beef roast, or the pasta station. On top of that there is also a breakfast station where you can order French toast with foie gras, as well as the normal assortment of breakfast offerings. And make sure you leave some space for the decadent desserts which are divine. If you want to go large, then make sure you order the free-flow option where you have a great choice of drinks from Proseccos and wines to beers and martinis – we adore the lychee martini!
