Wawee Bistro by Cuisine de Garden, is the latest collaboration between the iconic Chiang Mai coffee brand and a famed local chef. Cuisine de Garden’s experimental and award winning chef Nan presents a journey in homage of local ingredients, from farms to fine dining table, all in the casual ambiance of the cafe. The main objective of Wawee Bistro is to support farmers not only to have income, but also to increase their yield, by supporting farmers who produce the best and safest produce. You can start the day by having a unique, crispy Eggs Benedict on toast served with premium grade ham. The potato hash and eggs is another excellent choice to kick start your day. Moving on to lunch, the minced lamb sauce pie with bread or the Shepherd’s Pie and sausage with potato salad and onsen egg are highly recommended.
