Now Mini Hotel
Just off Chang Puek road, tucked into a small soi sits the quaintly named Now Mini Hotel, a cool, minimal and modern designed hotel with all you could want, right in the heart of the city. Just minutes from the moat, Now Mini is perfectly located for those who wish to explore. With just eight rooms across four floors, each room has a great personality, which is perfect for people like me who like to stay in places with a cool character. The fridge, work area, TV with cable, free wifi and private balcony made me feel right at home already, but when I went to check out the large, downstairs communal kitchen area I knew that Now Mini Hotel is the perfect home away from home. The facilities make a great place for a weekend with friends or the travelling professional. One of my favourite parts was waking up knowing that bread, jam and cereals were free of charge every morning! Care for a beautiful mountain view with your breakfast? Rise and shine!
Reception open 7am – 8.30pm

Is Am O Resort
Opened just one year ago, Is Am O is one of Chiang Mai’s city resorts that teleports you to another place, with quiet natural scenes, beautifully themed rooms and exciting photo opportunities. Each of its 15 rooms is designed in its own special way, from a beach side resort, to a couplés love nest with a heart shaped bed. Their café explores nature in its décor and presentation, with hay bales as seats, ancient wooden tables and exquisitely designed drinks and food. Try their ‘cha dit din’, a blended ice tea served in a small sauce pan with crushed Oreos and earthy tastes. Sip their espresso, with an injection of fresh strong coffee paired with homemade choux cream buns for less than 100 baht.
Café opened daily, 8am to 5pm
