Kiew Kai Ka
Included in the latest Michelin Guide Bangkok, Kiew Kai Ka is a Thai restaurant, serving classical regional favourites. The good news is that you don’t have to go all the way to the Big Mango for a taste, as they have just opened up their first northern branch at One Nimman.
“A group of friends who love our regional food decided one day to come together and pool our recipes and resources, serving our favourite dishes,” explained Chakree ‘Ten’ Lapboonruang, one of the shareholders of the restaurant. “Not only that, chef Nuttawut ‘Poy’ Nantakham has sourced native ingredients of the highest quality from all corners of the Kingdom for added authenticity and flavour.”
“Our Chiang Mai branch has been faithful in concept to our Bangkok restaurant, with a modern, contemporary industrial-loft vibe, softened by freshly cut flowers and plants.”
Lovers of Thai food who want to explore this incredibly rich and varied cuisine, will find themselves happily delighted by some of the unique dishes in Kiew Kai Ka’s menu.
