A public health office representative announced at the city hall today that there have only been five new cases of people who tested positive today. However, one more person has died from the virus, bringing the total to 17 deaths in Chiang Mai since the start of the pandemic.
There are 413 people remaining in field hospitals and being treated in various hospitals.
