The Covid Response Centre has announced today, after a short hiatus, that today’s confirmed numbers of Covid positive patients is 167, down from the heights of a fortnight or so ago.
According to the centre, there are currently 2,402 infected people who are asymptomatic, 577 with mild symptoms and 89 with serious symptoms. A further three people have died from the virus, bringing Chiang Mai province’s total since the start of the pandemic to 126.
To date, 1,415,851 people, or 81.87% of Chiang Mai’s population, have been vaccinated. Of that number, 264,015 are over 60 years old, 133,756 have pre-existing health issues and 1,018,080 were in the general public.
