CityNews – Arcade bus terminal was full of people trying to make it home on April 11, with buses expected to continue to travel well into the Songkran festival.
Chanchai Keelapang, a bus operator in Chiang Mai said many people who live in the province leave for Songkran, often heading to Chiang Rai, Phayao, Phrae and Nan. Mostly to visit their hometown.
An extra 100 buses have been arranged for travellers during April 11 to 13.
