CityNews – This morning, February 11, Chiang Mai fire services rushed to a commercial building that had caught fire in the early hours on Suthep road.
Firemen took around 15 minutes to control the blaze.
The building was owned by an organisation company. All assets were damaged in the fire. Damages are still being estimated.
Nobody was injured in the fire as it was before working hours so the building was still unoccupied.
According to the security guard, as he was inspecting around he noticed smoke from the second floor of the building. He soon discovered a fast-spreading fire.
Investigations are ongoing to establish the cause of the fire.
