CityNews – 20th February 2019. Wang Nua District, Lampang had an earthquake measuring 3.3 on the Richter scale today at 12.17pm today. Then at 12.29 pm another earthquake measuring 2.2 on the Richter scale occurred. At 4.05pm today yet another earthquake hit the district, this time measuring 4.9 on the Richter scale.
We in Chiang Mai clearly felt the effects of the last earthquake.
It was just reported that in Wang Nua a total of 11 earthquakes were felt continuously between noon and 2pm today.
