CityNews – Around 9pm last night, 18th March 2020 residents were packing up and fleeing the contentious ‘Pa Waeng’ judicial houses, which appeared to soon be engulfed in flames.
This cluster of residents has caused outrage for years in a Chiang Mai as it was built, by the upper courts to be used as judicial housing, on the foothills of Doi Suthep which has upset many Chiang Mai people who say that it was illegally built on park land.
By midnight the fire had been put out.
