CityNews – Chiang Mai Municipality is providing free clothes dyeing and black ribbons to the public so they can be worn throughout the mourning period.
The dyeing service begins today and will continue until November 5. Dyeing of clothes free of charge is available between 9am and 4pm from Tuesday to Saturday at the Sala Daeng Public Library.
