CityNews – Chiang Mai Municipality’s Facebook page today shared harrowing a video clip, collected this year, of accidents happening around the moat, all caught by CCTV cameras of the municipality’s Area Traffic Control. The sound effect is added by the Municipality.
Residents have been warned to drive carefully, especially during the new year.
