A new witness to Vorayuth “Boss” Yoovidhya, the heir of the Red Bull fortune accused, and recently acquitted, of a hit and run which killed a policeman in 2012, who claimed that Boss was only driving at 60 kilometres an hour, rather than the previously announced 177 kilometres an hour, has died.
Reports that Jaruchat Madthong, a witness who has only recently emerged after eight years, was killed in a car accident earlier today in Chiang Mai. Jaruchat was driving a motorcycle last night at 1am at the Sirimankalajarn and Huay Kaew intersection when he was involved in a car accident which killed him.
His 15 year old daughter told reporters that she had not seen her father for many months until he recently turned up for her birthday after spending three to four years working in Taiwan. She said that her father did not mention anything about being a witness to the Red Bull case.
