CityNews – A woman was found strangled to death in a car, suspected suicide.
On June 17th, police responded to a report that a body was found in a car on the roadside in Tha Wang Tan, Saraphi. When the police arrived, they found a female body in the front seat. Around her neck was a bag strap that was tied to the back seat door inside handle.
Police estimate the woman had been dead a couple of hours and believe it to be a suicide.
Locals in the area told police that the woman was a market vendor who had recently divorced with her husband.
