CityNews – On 25th October at 10.30 a.m. Region 5 Police announced the arrest of a Fang District man Nattawat Prommin (30).
The arrest was made on 24th October after police following a series of stake-outs. Nattawat was stopped while driving on Hod-Mae Hong Son Road. After checking the car police found 50,000 pills.
Nattawat said that he had been hired for 100,000 baht from a Lahu man in Fang District to deliver the drugs to someone in Ayuthaya. He said this was only his second run.
Police later sequestrated his three houses, land, a dormitory, and a bank account worth 20 million baht.
