CityNews – Saraphi joins in forming the number 9 in honour of His Majesty. 500 people in Saraphi District came together to create a figure 9 and to harvest 9 rai of rice near the Yang Nueng IT Service Center promising to follow His Majesty’s footsteps in sufficiency economy.
