Chiang Mai has the first Hybrid Operation Room in ASEAN

Chiang Mai University held a press conference to announce the opening of the first Hybrid Operation Room at Sripat Hospital, the first one in ASEAN and the second one in the whole of Asia.

The Hybrid Operation Room brings a completely new dimension to patient treatment and care; especially for stroke patients and coronary artery disease patients. The 369 degree X-ray robot has the top tier technology for patients up to 280kgs in weight.

Hospital patients from all the hospitals in Chiang Mai can be referred by their doctors to the Hybrid Operation Room at Sripat Hospital, part of the Faculty of Medicine Chiang Mai University.
