Chiang Mai Pride 2019

Well over 500 people took part in the Chiang Mai Pride 2019 with a march from the Budhstan (Chiang Mai Religion Practice Center), along the Night Bazaar, up Loi Kroh to Thapae Gate on 21 February 2019. Organised by Chitsanupong Nithiwana, founder of Young Pride Club and MPlus as well as other local LGBT groups, with the support of Chiang Mai Cabaret Show and Ram Bar, it also attracted politicians such as the Democratic candidate in the up-coming elections Pornchai Jitnavasathien.
