The Foundation for the Education of Rural Children (F.E.R.C.) Scholarship Presentation Ceremony at Wattanothai Payap School.

Following a very successful Mad Hatters Tea Party at 137 Pillars where 150,000THB was raised, FERC was able to distribute the 2^nd part of an annual scholarship to 57 students from across Chiang Mai. Each student received 6000thb (annually 12000thb). FERC supports each student for 3 years. Guest speaker was Larissa Viravaidya Stillman, who was a generous supporter to FERC this year, making a large donation.
