Local media were invited to the Four Hands Set Dinner at KHAO by Four Seasons. An unparalleled culinary experience as Chef Albert Li and Chef Naruchit Taingtrong unite to present an exquisite set menu blending Thai and Chinese delights, along with their signature creations, each a vibrant celebration of culinary heritage.
Before dinner, guests enjoyed new drinks at the Ratree Bar & Lounge. Poolside Escape cabanas inspired by the HBO® Original Series The White Lotus. In its third season, the show takes viewers to Thailand, promising a captivating blend of intrigue and the serene beauty for which the country is known. From now to May 16, 2025, guests can enjoy a special menu of cocktails including drinks inspired by each of the Four Seasons properties featured in the show: Pineapple Suite from Maui in Season one, The Lotus from Taormina in Season two and Coconut Paradise from Koh Samui featured in the latest season. Adding a local touch to the menu, the bar team has created two special beverages using homegrown basil: a gin-based Local Basil Smash and a non-alcoholic Bazil Fizz. Complementing the beverage selection, the resort has also curated a sophisticated menu of light bites including Superfood Salad, Avocado Smash, Thai Spicy Mixed Fruit Salad and Wagyu Beef Tacos.
Named after a variety of jasmine, Ratree Bar and Lounge has a casual Thai-style ambience complete with fine wines, creative cocktails and a selection of Thai and international snacks. It plays the perfect host to the Poolside Escape experience with a mix of sculpted planters and lush tropical greenery that is quintessentially Thailand. Here, guests can soak in a relaxing daytime experience by the pool, while enjoying sunset views with a cocktail in hand.
