The last Friday of every month is Roast Dinner Buffet at Laan Na Kitchen, Melia Hotel: replete with slow-roasted beef tenderloin, whole roast chicken, and braised lamb shanks. Anchored by roast carvery stations, the buffet also includes a live pasta station and chemical-free side dishes featuring fresh organic produce from local farmers.
