Friends of Four Seasons Brunch, Sunday Brunch, with Guest Chef Ray from Steak of the Day. Specialties included Char-grilled Wagyu Beef Striploin with Sunchokes, Poached Lobster Claw in chilled ‘Pumh’ river seaweed broth, Beef Tartare: Foie Gras Mousse Tartlets. Cold served appetizers included Fine De Claire Oysters, Salmon Pastrami, Chilled Prawn, Hang Don Fresh Figs, Chia Pudding. Desserts included Fermented Rice Cheesecake, Mango Pudding, Durian Cheese Tart and much more besides.
