Local media were invited to sample the New Italian Mushrooms Promotion at Favola, Le Meridien Chiang Mai. The promotion lasts from 1 – 30 November 2022. Favola is open 11am until 11pm every day.

Uovo croccate ai funghi: Crispy bread crusted soft boiled egg, warm Italian “Toma” cheese mousse, Sautéed mixed mushrooms, walnuts pesto sauce, apple compote 320 THB
Ravioli finferli e Burrata: Handmade ravioli with Burrata cheese, sautéed chanterelle mushrooms, Sage butter & parmesan cheese sauce 440 THB
Filetto ai funghi: Char grilled Australian Black Angus beef tenderloin (180g), Sautéed Italian mushrooms, sautéed baby potato with pancetta bacon, morel & black truffle sauce 1400 THB
Porcini mousse: Chestnut & porcini mushrooms mousse, caramelized raisin, chocolate sauce 190 THB
