Penfolds Wine Dinner at The Service 1921 Restaurant & Bar Anantara Resort; a five-course dinner of exquisite Western and Chinese signature dishes created by Executive Chef Simon Volante and Chinese Chef David He Tao.  Paired with the meal was a fine selection of Penfolds wines from Treasury Wine Estates and Independent Wine & Spirit (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
