There was a mass rally, commencing at Thapae Gate, marching to Three Kings Monument to protest over the judicial encroachment of Doi Suthep. One of the organizers told Citylife he estimated over 4000 people took part because this was a cultural, spiritual and environmental / green issue concerning all residents of Chiang Mai.
