The Governor of Chiang Mai Pawin Chamniprasart and Director of Tourism Authority of Thailand (Chiang Mai) Wisut Buachum welcomed the Miss Universe China 2016 Contestants at Chiang Mai Airport and well as greeting tourists arriving on the first day of the high season.
