Ebb and Flow is a strengthening and meditative Vinyasa flow well suited for students of all levels. We begin with pranayama breathing to awaken and focus our energy, then flow through a wave-like series of intelligently sequenced standing and balancing asanas. As the mind suspends its motion, we sink into a final series of deep, releasing postures. The primary intentions of this practice are to strengthen the body, unwind the mind, and rest blissfully in balance.

Haley imparts her radiant spirit and joy for life in her yoga classes, workshops, and retreats throughout the world. She has spent well over a decade studying and practicing a wide variety of yoga styles and meditation techniques. Formally trained in Vinyasa Yoga – a style characterized by a seamless flow of movements connected with breath – Haley offers a powerful combination of asana, breath, relaxation, and meditation that leaves students centered and uplifted. Her classes are designed to elevate both the physical and spiritual experience of yoga and to empower you to tune in and approach your practice and life as a moving meditation.

Join us at Free Bird Cafe for this FREE revitalizing yoga class! Haley is lovingly gifting her time to the Free Bird community, you can contribute to by staying after class to eat, drink & shop! The cafe is 100% plant based vegan, 100% made with love, and 100% social enterprise. All profits from food & drink sales go to supporting refugees on the Thai-Burma border and here in Chiang Mai. Chiang Mai’s first zero-waste shop, My Best Life CNX is on site as well. Get body care and home care items as well as speciality ingredients and SO MUCH MORE! Bring your own containers or take from our recycled stash to get great products with zero paper trail. A thrift store is also on site stocked with clothing, books and more! Free Bird Cafe is an inclusive community that supports those in need while protecting the earth we all share.
