You are invited to a magical afternoon!

The first full moon of the year is a great opportunity to illuminate the goals and the changes you want to make in your self and in your life.

All you need to do is lay down and listen to the vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls.

WHAT ARE SINGING BOWLS?
‘Singing bowl’ is a romantic name for inverted bell, which is pretty much what these brilliant musical tools are.
When struck, the moulded metals emit vibrations that feel tingly on the body while the sound they create bring the mind into a meditative state.
