This style is known for its speed, agility, and flexibility. It utilizes both long range and close quarter tactics, grabbing and trapping strategies and take down techniques. Practice in this style develops coordination, balance, reflexes, strength, stamina and improves mental focus in order to remain calm in any fighting situation. Sifu Gunn is a 9th Generation disciple of Grand Master Yuen Man Kai of the Wong Hon Funn Lineage.

Schedule:
1st Hour: Body conditioning, basic techniques, and partner drills
2nd Hour: Bung Bo Form – “Crushing Steps”

Lunch Break

3rd Hour: Fighting techniques, theory and principles of Northern Praying Mantis
4th Hour: TMT (Tactical Mantis Training – various advance fighting techniques

5th Hour: Review, Q&A
