Chef’s table at Howie’s Homestay
November 1
One glamorous setting, one world class chef, one table, one night.
There are many reasons to book this exclusive dinner coming up on November 1st. First of all the cheekily misleadingly named Howie’s Homestay is far from some cosy, comfy cottage, but instead is a resplendent estate designed by Bill Bensley, featured in Architectural Digest, with views of the slumbering hills of Doi Suthep-Pui in Mae Rim. The chance to wander around its magical gardens and take in the plush designs is a treat in itself. Then there is award-winning Chef Alexandre Demard whose small team spends days painstakingly preparing for each and every element of the superb ten course dinner that is bursting with creativity, presented like pieces of art and most importantly delicious at every bite.
There are only four seats left at the table. Part of the fun is in dining at a table of ten along with the hosts Howie and his wife Jerry and four other guests.
