Indulge in his traditional favorites, such as the wide palette of French pâtés, an invaluable legacy of Chef Guillaume’s Grandma’s recipes, the slow-roasted free range turkey with all its condiments, the maple-glazed house-smoked Norwegian salmon, the succulent rosemary prime rib, the moist and flavorful AUS beef fillet Wellington, together with a lavish charcoal-fired barbecue, featuring an extensive selection of meats and seafood. The festive desserts station, curated by Chef Peter, will be the icing on the cake of an enchanting dining journey*.

Christmas carolers will convey the season’s vibe, completed by the unmissable visit from Santa Claus, for the joy of the big and little ones.
