If you find yourself on the road, and this is a fabulous season to go road tripping, then Chiang Rai is a great weekend getaway. So much to do, such spectacular drives and sumptuous resorts. We stumbled across Paragraph Cafe&Eatery in the rather unsexy Caltex complex on the road between Chiang Rai and Thoen, and wanted to share.
Paragraph Cafe & Eatery is just a lovely respite from travel and offers up a lush green, cool oasis surrounded by nature.
Best of all, their locally grown coffees are delicious and served drip and syphon.
Signature Paragraph is their milk coffee mixed with honey made from coffee flowers, a unique and rather special drink that goes perfectly with a freshly baked croissant.
Food is both European and Thai, with a few yummy local delicacies. So if you are wandering around the Thoen/Chiang Rai area, now you know where to stop!
