Overlooking a particularly busy stretch of Nimmanhaemin Road, All Good Bar & Café was Chiang Mai’s first cannabis café. The café opened even before the legalization of cannabis earlier this year, slowly introducing the Thai market to marijuana leaves, which it used in a variety of refreshing cocktails and snacks.
As the legalization took effect, All Good pivoted and now is a charming all day café selling coffees, teas, smoothies as well as yummy bites such as macarons, cookies and gentle edibles. The café is cool, chic and casual by day and a happening bar and grill by night.
There is a dispensary, selling legal cannabis and products, with a nice variety of sativa, indica and hybrid strains available. You can buy weed by the gram, or have joints rolled up for you.
There is outdoor seating, with a nice terrace to sit on, sip a cocktail, toke a joint, and take in the Nimman traffic, which is only going to get more fun as the season kicks off!
The owner of this happening little café and bar is hands on and really friendly, which makes the entire experience so good it is slowly becoming our local.
Signature cocktails include Summer Breeze, Peach Lemonade, Dutch Caramel Macchiato and Blue Ocean Twisted, all of which add a dollop of home made cannabis syrup, gentle enough to not overwhelm, but just strong enough to give a little pep in your step.
From 6pm onwards, they sell alcohol and also serve some Szechuan chili BBQs – all you can eat for 159 baht! And of course there is a sprinkling of dried cannabis for an added Je ne sais quois!
As temperatures cool and sun sets early, this is a great place to head for a casual coffee, a refreshing mocktail or an after work drink with friends…
