If you are a morning person (unlike most of us here at Citylife!) then you know that breakfast is key for starting the day off on the right foot. In Chiang Mai it can be hard to find a coffee shop that opens before 10am, so here is our wee list of early morning breakfast joints!

River Terrace at Holiday Inn Chiang Mai

Start the day fresh with our all you can eat breakfast!

Great views of Doi Suthep and the Ping River while you enjoy your meal with a large selection of International, Asian and Thai favourites, fresh pastries and fruits, gourmet tea, coffee and juice.

Spend your morning lazily gazing at the Ping River while indulging in a delicious breakfast at only 250 baht per person. There are many different types of breakfast from which to choose, from eight types of egg dishes from eggs benedict to ham and cheese omelets. There are also pancakes, salads, hot waffles and more international offerings.

Thai breakfasts run the gamut from rice dishes to the classic Lanna khao soy. There is also a northern station offering all the favourites of the region. You also receive one drink in this bargain of a price.
