If you are a burger fan (and we know so many of you are!) then head on down to the Hard Rock Cafe for their World Burger Tour promotion which is featuring the juicy Hollywood Burger, which happens to be using the ingredient ‘shallots’ which Hard Rock Cafe’s chefs luckily picked in our challenge this month.
Bon Voyage! Hard Rock’s World Burger Tour is back and ready to take guest’s taste buds on an international flavor experience. World Burger Tour, a limited-time offering of Hard Rock Local Legendary Ⓒ Burgers, inspired by the taste at participating Hard Rock Cafe locations worldwide beginning May 2 and continues through June 29.
This is a classic CA burger which uses premium beef marinated and seasoned, then cooked to perfection and topped with layers of decadent melted brie cheese, garlic aioli, fresh arugula fresh tomatoes, rocket salad and caramalised shallots. The flavours are rich and even tastier when served with fries and sides of mayonnaise and Sriracha mayo.
Three other burgers are also being featured during this special World Burger Tour including the Aussie Burger which came out of Hard Rock Cafe Sydney’s kitchen and is topped with caramelised onions, crispy bacon, cheddar cheese and a fried egg with beetroot, lettuce and tomatoes. Then there is the Colombian Plantain Burger which adds a spike of molasses to the mix and exchanges the classic fries with fried plantains. And lastly, the Tandoori Spiced Chicken Burger uses the fresh and light flavours of mint mayo, white cheddar cheese, crispy cucumber planks to cover a seasoned chicken burger.
