Spaghetti King Prawn at Garibaldis Brasserie
Pastas are some of the most popular carbs in the world, with approximately 350 different types of pastas out there, there is something for just about everyone. Some pastas are created to soak up juices, stuffings and sauces, such as fettuccini or tagliatelle, while others are created to simply house them such as ravioli or cannelloni. On the whole, different designs of pastas came about to complement meats and sauces, of which there are endless medleys.
So if you love pasta, then head to new Italian restaurant Garibaldis Brasserie which has one of our favourite pasta dishes this month. The angel hair pasta with crab meat aioli is both cooked to taste – we like al dente, but if you prefer yours softer, like the majority of Thais do, then simply tell the staff and Chef Nok will cook to your preference. Generous bites of both crab make for a full-flavoured and hearty dish best washed down with a cold chianti. The spaghetti king prawn is also another recommended pasta, with three huge prawns providing tender pieces of meat, paired perfectly with the pasta.
This is a great new addition to the Nimmanhaemin dining scene, a casual place to stop in for a quick business lunch or a great spot for some dinner with family and friends.
