For over 10 years, Tengoku De Cuisine had offered up charming Japanese food that extends far beyond the usual sushi or sashimi. When eating Japanese food, many people (and chefs) overlook the more complex hot dishes; dishes that Tengoku have brought into the spotlight.
Japanese fresh seaweed salad: This chilled appetiser is made with fresh seaweed, and is served with a sesame dressing and salad.
Sashimi: Salmon, mackerel, squid, tuna, and tamakoyaki are assembled in this sashimi set; presented with the traditional Japanese original soy sauce and a generous helping of wasabi (fresh wasabi available for extra) – Japanese food lovers’ most favourite combination.
Beef Tataki: is a popular Japanese dish originally made with horse meat instead of beef. Today it is adjusted for more modern palates by using imported Australian and New Zealand beef instead, serving it with Ponstu sauce (Apple cider vinegar, shoyu, mirin and lemon juice).
Nasu Dengaku: This dish is a significant dish in Japanese cuisine but it is rare to find in Thailand. Over hundred years, Nasu Dengaku was a staple dish, made from grilled eggplant and aromatic miso sesame sauce.
Engawa sushi and sirloin sushi: Engawa, or halibut fin meat, is torched and served over sushi rice and served alongside torched sirloin steak sushi and Jim Jaew sauce.
