Here is a glimpse of Chef Thaneht’s signature dishes…
Beginnings:
Crispy rice cup with prawn ceviche, chili, lime, Thai parsley and roe

Pan-fried duck liver, aromatic herbs and eastern style crispy rice pops
Southern style overnight cooked pork belly
Main feast:

Wild mushroom and chestnut soup

Oven baked snapper, bourbon, roe and chives

Fried tiger prawns with Surat Thani salted egg sauce

Thai southern style yellow curry, fresh rice noodles, crab meat and betel leaf

Char-grilled herb-marinated Wagyu beef, mild chili sauce and coconut-milk steamed rice
Endings:

Chiang Mai sticky rice with Logan compote.
His dishes are served at the restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel.
