Medium Rare has cemented itself over the past few years as one of the city’s most beloved steak restaurants. The beautiful yet casual and comfortable setting, the impeccable service, the large menu designed to appeal to all tastes, dietary requirements and pockets, the solid wine and crafts beer menu and of course the excellent cuts of meat cooked to preferred perfection! Ribs, tenderloin, strip loin, ribeye, t-bone, rump and just about any fine cut of meat is cured, aged, seasoned and served up with an assortment of side dishes aimed to satisfy even the most discerning carnivore. They also have a dry-aged picanha, a popular cut in Brazil, now famous for its tastiness when barbecued.

If you like it raw and pure, then order the beef tartare which uses high grade tenderloin and is served with a subtle mixture of flavours designed to showcase the meat. If you aren’t into your beef, then there is a variety of dishes on offer from lamb shank to grilled salmon, pasta dishes to salads and baked prawns or risotto truffle scallops.
