The five course Valentine’s Day menu has been carefully curated by Chef Phubase Chuprakong, owner of three Aquila Restaurants across Chiang Mai.
Start off with the appropriately named Love at First Bite, a choice of two starts each of which highlights a wonderful ingredient – crab meat and sea bass. You can go for the crab meat tart or sea-bass ceviche. Follow this romantic starter with a Love is in the Air, a burrata foam cloud served with fancy tomatoes and Parma ham, canapé style.
Now its time for some Sexy Love which is a dish of foie gras, strawberry compote and duck croquette – how sexy is that?
Once all that sexyness has been consumed, it is time for Flavourful Love, with a choice of turbot with lobster dumplings or tenderloin with truffles, bacon and crushed potatoes.
End the meal on a promise…Purely Love promises a surprise with its coconut element and ice cream.
