Flowers are the main theme at Rosario Oasis Resort, with flower beds dotted across the grounds, floral vines creeping up colonial-style buildings and bright colourful vases of flowers on every table.
Even their Afternoon Tea is all about flowers, served up almost like a work of art. Each delectable bite arrives fresh out of the oven, aromatic and delicious. The display of sweets include strawberry panna cotta, mango mont blanc, rich and decadent brownies, silken crème brulee, sweet and sour passion fruit macarons, traditional sticky Thai coconut balls infused in candle scent, colourful turnip cakes and buttery shortbread cookies. Then there are the mini bites of savoury treats which include pan-fried eggs, juicy chicken satay, egg-stuffed cucumbers and tuna sandwiches, amongst many others
The Afternoon Tea set costs 699 baht per couple (reduced from 1,099 baht).
