In the heart of the old city sits Tamarind Village, Chiang Mai’s very first boutique hotel which set the (high) standard for the rest to follow.

To greet the wonderfully breezy winter winds, Tamarind Village is putting on a sumptuous afternoon tea, offering both sweet and savoury delights, for those looking to while away some time with great refreshments in a really gorgeous setting.

Smooth and sweet bael cake, rich and chewy brownies, fresh mango pudding, aromatic jasmine panna cotta, classic Thai-Portuguese sweets thong yip and thong yod, salami and cheese croissants, sandwiches, salmon avocado bruchetta, shrimp spring oils and MORE.
Sit under a giant tree, by the pool, overlooking the multiple-award winning boutique hotel.
As to the tea, they are provided by Chiang Mai brand Monsoon Tea, serving their top hits – Doi Suthep Blend, Tha Pae Gate Blend and the Ping River Blend – all organic and delicious either hot or cold.

Afternoon tea at Tamarind Village is served between 11am and 5pm for 950+++ baht per two persons
