Longan Pudding by RatiLanna Riverside Spa Resort
The north of Thailand is famous for its longan; the deliciously sweet, succulent and refreshing fruits which are ubiquitous throughout the north during the final months of the monsoon season. RatiLanna’s Mira Terrace Restaurant, has created a signature dessert which will now be featured year round to showcase this most local and beloved of fruits.
RatiLanna’s coconut puddings were always popular and the restaurant decided to create a local twist to the famous dessert by selecting the best quality longan to turn into a pudding which is enhanced by slices of seasonal fruit.
Served cold, this is a refreshing bowl bursting with flavour and a great reason – not that you need one – to stop by the luxurious river side restaurant to while a few hours.
