Mother’s Day afternoon tea set features both sweet and savory bites carefully crafted by executive chef, including goat cheese with nuts served as a bite-sized, sweet caramel popcorn macaroon, jasmines scones with cream and strawberry compote, fruit skewers that comes with grape, pineapple, watermelon and dragon fruit.
Continue with the spinach puff – crispy puff with cheese spinach that goes well with aromatic hot tea, Vietnamese spring roll with prawn – a hearty item that you would love at first bite, seared salmon sashimi with sesame is also a must try.
