Gather friends and family for these special culinary events where you can enjoy an array of international buffets at The Ping Cuisine and Bar or Han The Chinese Cuisine.
Multiple stations offer up some great dishes and cuisines from seafood on ice to sushi and sashimi as well as cold cuts and many other stations. An unlimited live station offers up prime cuts of grilled meats from poultry to pork to fish. While a carving station presents the best of imported Australian beef served with rich bordelaise sauce as well as roasted chicken. Thai curries, Italian pizzas, pastas, Thai fried finger food and more are available, as well as some healthier options including fresh salads from local farms.
The two buffets are similar in foods, though the Sunday brunch has a few more surprises up its sleeves including fresh oysters, roast lamb, crab curry noodles as well as some Chinese favourites from Han The Chinese Cuisine’s own kitchen which includes crisp Peking duck and dim sums. End the meal with some ice creams, coffee or tea.
These buffets are available on the first and third weekends of each month.
