CityNews – On the evening of September 30, a robber with a gun attacked Thanachart Bank on Nimmanhaemin road, successfully stealing 56,000 baht in cash.
The CCTV footage identified the robber as a skinny man, around 165 – 170 cm tall. He covered his face by wearing a motorcycle helmet.
The robbery took just over a minute before the man escaped with the cash on a motorcycle with no licence plate.
According to witnesses, a man who fit the appearance of the robber was seen wandering around the area.
Police are currently tracking the suspect and have expressed confidence in catching the perpetrator.
Last May, the same Thanachart Bank branch was robbed by a man who was later arrested by police.
