Shangri-La Hotel Chiang Mai will be bringing you the tastes of Italy, right here in northern Thailand. Following the success of guest chef Marco Stabile, who took us on a culinary journey to his hometown in Florence, over the next couple of months will see visiting two-Michelin starred Chef Gaetano Trovato bringing his modern approach to authentic Italian tastes to Shangri-La’s kitchen. By March, the kitchen will return once again to the hands of resident chef Paolo Pelosi, the hotel’s executive chef.
