The mother and daughter team of Chompoonuch and Tanchanok Ratana have service in their blood, both thoroughly enjoying and worked in the service sector for many years. It was following a relative’s wedding in France, where they happened to spend much time in rural French kitchens, learning family secrets and falling in love with the rustic and homemade side of French cuisine, that inspired them to return home to open a restaurant.
