A graduate of the famous Le Cordon Bleu who has also worked as a chef de partie in many kitchens, Chef James brings his wealth of experience to Chiang Mai, bringing authentic French pastries to Chiang Mai using only the highest quality of imported French ingredients. Don’t be surprised to find the most superb bites are the simplest pastries such as the classic croissant, but elevated through its use of ingredients as well as classical techniques. Other great pastries served here include the raspberry papillon, canneles de Bordeaux, kouign amann, tarte bourdaloue, lemon madeleine and so much more. Breads like whole wheat loaves and a natural-yeast white bread loaves are also available at the shop, so if you are a pastry lover, this is a place you won’t want to miss.
