Favola at Le Méridien Chiang Mai
Favola, Le Meridien’s award-winning Italian restaurant has recently welcomed Chef Roberto Collini to helm its kitchen and he is maintaining the restaurant’s well known authentic tastes of Italy, while bring exciting alla moda trends and twists to his menu.
The burrata salad is a great start; light, refreshing, creamy and served with pop-in-your-mouth cherry tomatoes, pesto sauce and figs. The next dish we loved was the pumpkin cappellacci, a pasta filled with pumpkin and ricotta cheese with pork bolognaise, which arrives creamy, rich, 
tender and delicately balanced. Another main dish we recommend is the seared sea bass served with Provençale vegetables and a spicy tomato salad. End the meal on a sweet note with the le tentazioni, a tasting palatte of tiramisu, panna cotta, cupola, semifreddo, cannolo and your choice of gelato.
